Status Toggle: Two radio buttons allow enabling or disabling Zoom integration. The current status is “Enabled.”
Connect Zoom Account Button: A purple button labeled “Click to Connect Zoom Account” is provided for connecting the Zoom account. This button will redirect you to this page where you can sign in to your account or create a new account.
Meeting Topic Field: The default meeting topic is prefilled with a dynamic placeholder {customer_full_name} for auto-populating the customer’s name in the meeting title.
Meeting Description Field: This includes dynamic placeholders:
{staff_name} for the staff member,
{customer_full_name} for the client,
{service_name} for the service,
{appointment_date_time} for the appointment’s date and time.
Password Setting: A toggle switch labeled “Set random password for meetings” is available to enable or disable the generation of random passwords for Zoom meetings. This option is currently enabled.
