Time Slot Length

This option allows you to set the default duration of each time slot. For example, if you choose a time slot length of 30 minutes, customers will see available times in 30-minute intervals such as 10:00 am, 10:30 am, 11:00 am, and so on.

Minimum Time Requirement Prior to Booking

This option allows you to specify a minimum advance booking requirement. For example, if you set it to 1 day, customers must book at least 1 day in advance.

Default value: Disabled.

Limited Booking Days

Here, you can specify how far in advance customers can book appointments. For instance, setting it to 90 days means customers can book appointments up to 90 days in advance.

Default value: 365 days.

Week Starts On

Choose which day of the week your calendar starts on, based on your preference or regional norms.

Date Format

Select the format for displaying dates according to your preference or country-specific standards.

Time Format

Choose between 24-hour or 12-hour time format for displaying appointment times.

Default Appointment Status

Specify the initial status of new appointments. For example, choose ‘Approved’ if appointments are confirmed automatically or ‘Pending’ if they require manual confirmation.

Default value: Approved.

Show Timeslots in Client Timezone

When enabled, customers will see available times in their local time zone, making it easier to schedule appointments globally.

Flexible Timeslots

If your service has varying durations or buffer times, enabling flexible timeslots will adjust the available slots in the calendar accordingly. Enabling this feature is recommended for optimal scheduling accuracy.

Link Expire

The ‘Change Appointment Status via Link’ feature allows you to set an expiration rule for the link. There are two options:

  • After Link Created: This rule makes the link expire after it’s generated. The link can be used to change the appointment status only within the timeframe specified in your settings.
  • Before Appointment Date: This rule keeps the link active until a certain time before the appointment date, providing customers the flexibility to update their appointment status within a specified period leading up to the scheduled time.

Choose the expiration rule that best suits your preferences and requirements.

Allow Admins to Book Appointments Outside Working Hours

Enable administrators to schedule appointments outside of regular working hours if needed.

Only Registered Users Can Book

Restrict access to the booking panel to registered users only, directing others to log in or register before making appointments.

Remove branding

Eliminate Calenda’s branding from the booking interface for a more personalized user experience.

Select your time zone here. Choosing the correct time zone is recommended to ensure the software functions accurately.
